OUR POLICY

Booth Registration/Payment/Workshops

  • Booth Registration is used for the sole purpose of identifying participation in any Harmony Productions event.

  • A completed booth registration and full payment must be submitted within one week of filling out our on-line version of the registration.

  • If payment and registration is not received, than your participation is assumed to be in-valid.

  • Harmony Productions will not negotiate booth cost. Booth fee (cost) is non-refundable.

  • By submitting your booth agreement (registration), you are agreeing to only having a primary (1) person managing your booth and must be identified on application prior submitting your booth registration (application) form.

  • Additional requests for added assistance (i.e. personnel) for your booth will require that you must pay the identified entry fee cost for those persons. The entry fee is identified as the admission cost to enter the hosted event.

  • You the participant or participating vendor, also agree that you must identify on your booth application your product selling, practice and advertisement prior to participating in any HARMONY PRODUCTIONS event.

  • Once you the (participant or vendor) have identified the product selling, practice and or advertisement on your booth registration form, you will only advertise, practice, sell and remain within the identified product or service that you identified on your booth registration form.

  • If for any reason you the participant (vendor) decides to add on additional products, services, merchandise and or an additional participant (vendor), then Harmony Productions reserves the right to impose an additional booth fee charge which is identified as the actual cost of obtaining a booth. Those fees must be paid in full on the day of the actual event.

  • Each vendor will receive 2 complimentary tickets upon receipt of completed registration form and check.

  • There will be a $35 charge for checks that are returned for insufficient funds.

Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold HARMONY PRODUCTIONS harmless from and against material claims or damaged products, claims or demands, including reasonable attorneys’ fees due to or arising out of damaged materials, equipment, media, hardware, software, electronics, business advertisement props, or any other materials that are brought to the hosting facility that you “the participating vendor, participant or consumer participation” during the setting up of your booth, during the actual event and the disassembling of your booth at any Harmony Productions event.
